Description of user role access rights – Winner Bizz

This article will explain Winner Bizz user role access rights and how to set them.

In Winner Bizz, user roles are the rights that give access to different functions for users. Different roles can be assigned to different users, allowing them access to required functions as needed. It is possible to assign several roles to a user in order to give them access to different functions. It is also possible to assign different user roles by company. By default, the user roles list contains standard roles which are pre-registered in Winner Bizz. These standard roles cannot be edited or deleted.

In the Edit user role window, you can choose which access rights you want to attribute to the user role. There are three types of access:

Full access: Shown by a green circle in the Right value column.
Read only access: Shown by an orange circle in the Right value column.
Note: Not available for every access right.
No access: Shown by a red circle in the Right value column.

User roles

Below are all the user rights descriptions ordered by category. Access rights with an asterisk * are common to all companies.

Note: You can right-click and select Collapse all to see all the access rights categories instead of scrolling down the expanded list.

Administration component

Report access not limited to favourites	Users with this access right set as full access will have access to the full list of reports, continue adding and removing favourites. User roles
