In Winner Bizz, to configure user roles for Showcase accounts, go to the menu Other > User roles, under the Sales category. There are 3 different roles:
- Showcase 360 administrator: all rights for the Showcase 360.
- Showcase 360 services: an access to the Showcase 360, but without parameters options.
- Publish for showcase: allows publishing showcases.
Enable the Showcase 360 services
Once the user has activated the user roles for Showcase 360, activate the Showcase 360 services in the menu Other >Companies. Then, select the company, edit it and go to the tab Showcase 360 services.
Then, fill in the account information.
Note: The admin account information has to be filled, even if the user has a standard account.
Several shops can use the same Showcase 360 account. In this case, these shops must fill in the same account information.
If the user also has Design@web, tick Get web projects from Showcase 360.
