In Winner Bizz, to edit the customer profile settings, navigate to the menu Leads/prospect> Customer profile settings.
From here, users can duplicate, edit or customise questionnaires. Click on Select to open the list of existing questionnaires.
Standard questionnaires cannot be edited. If the user wishes to customise a questionnaire, users must duplicate it first. Click Select to choose a questionnaire and then click Duplicate.
After duplicating, users can add new groups or objects, which can later be chosen while filling out the questionnaire.

If the user wishes to remove a section from an existing questionnaire, users can untick the checkbox Enable in the Edit Group/Object window.
