From Winner Bizz version 12.0i, users can now import the contacts from Fusion into Winner Bizz.
To export your contact in Fusion, select Manage > Customer > Export all customer data. This will create a .csv file with all your contact cards.
In Winner Bizz, go to your contact list. At the bottom of the page, click on Import. Change the file type into Fusion customer export list (*csv). Select your Fusion contact export list and click Open.
Note: The user needs to be granted with the access right Customers import/export and User edit
Choose the company into which you want to import your contacts.
If your contact card in Fusion had two customers registered, the second name registered will be the default contact person in Winner Bizz. You can then click on the ... icon to access the default contact's details.
In the case where your contact in Fusion had both an Installation and a Delivery address registered, only the Delivery address will be imported into Winner Bizz. If you only had an Installation address and no delivery address, the Installation address will be imported under the filed Delivery address in Winner Bizz.
Note: The fields Cust. status, Pager, Resource ID, Group, County, and Column 1 will not be imported into Winner Bizz.
