In Winner Bizz, when printing a quote or a sales order, it can be useful to include a financial offer simulation, so your client has all the option to make their decision. The Financial offer simulation module allows users to create Financial offer templates and to print the simulation to be included with the quotation.
Step 1: Create your template
In Sales settings, create your Financial offer templates according to the conditions of your Credit agency. You can create several templates, for example, if you have multiple financial partners, or if your credit agency grants loan on different conditions.
The Message to customer section allow users to add a specific message, that will appear with the Financial simulation on the quotation. For example, if specific conditions or mandatory texts needs to be displayed in your country.
Step 2: Enter your client's information into your template
When printing your quotation or sales contract, choose your template from the Alternative date window, then click Select/Edit.
Note: the user role Access to financing offer is required to edit or delete a financing offer template. More information on Description of user role access rights
Note: This section only appears if at least one financing offer template is activated.
From this dialog, you can then edit the loan amount, the personal contribution and the loan term according to what your client prefers. The tool will automatically calculates the loan condition according to the templates details.
Reminder: The Message to customer section allow users to add a specific message, that will appear with the Financial simulation on the quotation. For example, if specific conditions or mandatory texts needs to be displayed in your country.
Step 3. Print your sales offer
When printing your quotation or your sales contract, the financial offer simulation details are added in a subsection.
When the printing a sales contract, it is also possible to keep the information of the financing offer made at the time of the quotation.
Note: It is possible to fill a part of the offer information automatically via a Webservice that can be set from a customised step in the Workflow settings. This step should be before the Print quotation or Print sales contract step to fill the loan information.
