It is now possible to choose to mark the mail as Read or Unread directly from the email dialog with this new button.
Open linked objects from email
In Winner Bizz, customers and alternatives can be added in the Linked objects section of emails.
When reading an email, you may want to check more details about the customer or the related alternatives. The function has been improved and you can access the contact details, or the Customer follow up with a double click.
- Double clicking on a linked customer will open the Contact edit window, where you can find all the information about this client.
- Clicking on a linked alternative will open the Customer follow up, already pre-filtered on the selected alternative.
Attached files for mail sending from customer follow-up, folder sorted by folder.
When a client, an alternative or an option is linked to an email, users can link attachments from the Customer follow up.
These documents are now sorted with the same folder structure as in Customer follow up. In addition, the Quick search bar has been added, which lets you search the folder using a keyword, or keywords.
SMTP/IMAP parameters update
SMTP without Auth 2.0 is now working when IMAP use Auth 2.0.
When setting your email account, it is possible to have one or two accounts for the IMAP function (receiving) and SMTP function (sending).
In Winne Bizz, you can have two different accounts, but there was a single parameter to indicate whether you want to use Auth2 or not. This parameter has now been improved and users can choose to set one without Auth 2.0 and the other with Auth 2.0.
This can be set in Others > Users > Select a user >Email settings >Inbound/Outbound settings.
SALES
Quotation deadline and reminder
Users can now set a reminder deadline to follow-up a quotation. Once the quotation reminder deadline is met, a task will be automatically sent to the salesperson to remind them to contact the customer.
By default, the reminder deadline is set to 7 days, but this can be changed in the Sales settings under the Sales settings tab.
When you send a quotation to a client, you can also change the reminder deadline date, for example if it falls on a bank holiday, in the dialogue box that will pop-up.
Users can filter their project list by quotation follow-up date to have a clear view on which project needs to be focused on.
In the Dashboard, a new card To Follow show you how many quotations require your attention. Clicking on this card will display the project list already pre-filtered.

Step 1. Create your template
In Winner Bizz, from the Sales settings, create your Financial offer templates according to the condition of your Credit agency. You can create several templates, for example, if you have multiple financial partners or if your credit agency grants loans on different conditions.
Step 2. Fill in your template with your client's information

Send contracts for e-signature to several customers
Users can send contracts for e-signature to several contacts at the same time, depending on the service provider they are using. Multiple signatures on the sales contract can be required by your customers, for example, if they buy the kitchen as a couple and want to have both their signatures on the sales contract.
- The first step is to add several e-mail addresses to your contact. In Leads/prospects > Contacts > Select a contact and click Edit.
- Add the other e-mail addresses. You can directly write the e-mail address in the Email field separated by a coma (1) or add the other e-mail addresses in the Contact list (2) available under the Default contact person.
- Send your project for e-signature as you would usually do.
Note: For more information, see How to send a sales contract with an e-signature.
- After clicking Send, user can choose which contacts they wish to send the contract to for e-signature.
Due to spaces limitation on Winner Bizz printing forms, we recommend sending contracts to a maximum of 2 signatories for YouSign, and 3 signatories for DocuSign.
If contracts are sent to more signatories, the signature might overlap text and appear smaller than expected.
Note: Users who need to send contracts to more signatories can get in touch with their local support team to get specific form created. Specific form creation is an additional service.
