In Winner Bizz, users can set a reminder deadline to follow-up a quotation. Once the quotation reminder deadline is met, a task will be automatically sent to the salesperson to remind them to contact the customer.
By default, the reminder deadline is set to 7 days but this can be changed in the Sales settings window under the Sales settings tab.
When sending a quotation to a client, the Alternative dates window will allow the user to change the reminder deadline date, for example, if it falls on a bank holiday or national holiday.
Users can filter their project list by quotation follow-up date. In your Current filters, enter a date or a time period under the Quotation follow-up date column. Your project list will display all the alternatives with a quotation follow up date expired up to this date.
In the Dashboard, a card To Follow show you how many quotations requires your attention. licking on this card will display the project list already pre-filtered.
