In Winner Bizz, users can choose to disable the payment registration step in the Workflow settings, for example, if they use third party payment management software, as disabling the payment step in Winner Bizz will not display the warning messages linked to overdue payment.
To disable the payment step, go in the Workflow settings > Financial > untick the Register payment step. Once disabled, some functions in Winner Bizz will not be available anymore:
- Payment and Financial control options in the Financial menu.
- To invoice list: the Already paid amount column is not visible.
- Invoice list: Due amount, Overdue amount, Reminder columns are not visible.
- Register payment option disabled.
- Invoice window: all the payment elements are not available, the Payments and credit notes tab will only display credit notes.
- Credit note window: already paid amount disabled.
- Alternative invoicing properties: payment related fields are disabled.
- Financial settings: the fields Reminders and deadlines, Payment deadline fault value, Cash discount default value and e-payment are disabled, the Customer payment tab in the accounting settings, the document type related to payment in the default printing messages.
- The payment related cards in the Dashboard.
- The payment related field in the Customer follow up, under the Status tab.
- User actions: payment list opened step is not available.
- Communication rule: Payments list opened and Customer invoice payments content is disabled.
- Reports: all payments related reports and fields are disabled, such as Payments forecast, Received payments overview.
- Automatic tasks, Payment reminder letter not sent yet, and Invoice paid with E-Payment disabled.
