Web page and Web service from workflow step

In Winner Bizz, users can interact with a web page or a web service from the workflow.

When adding a new step in the workflow from the Workflow settings, users can open a message box, print documents directly, send an email, transfer file to local folder, transfer file FTP or other operations.

As you can see below, Winner Bizz also allows the user to open a web page or a web service.

When the user selects one of these two options, two parts appear: Content (1) and Transfer Settings (2).

In the Content section:

• Users can send the content of the alternative as JSON data, include a plan preview or a perspective preview.
• Users can also send the content related to a customer.

In the Transfer settings section select the More Options icon and create a new profile:

• In the URL field, users can link the desired website, by simply copying it from their internet browser.
• Users can chose personalise URL parameters using the + icon, for example, if the user wishes to add the contract number or the customer number as dynamic parameters.
• Users can configure the Call method.
• Users can also choose an authentication method.
