In Winner Bizz, users can send a sales contract with an e-signature. To do so, users must add an email address to the customer's contact details and have an e-signature set up.

Adding an email address to the customer contact details
Under the Sales tab:

- Select Customers.
- Choose the customer associated with the transaction.

Edit the customer.
- Enter the email address of the customer into the Email field.
Note: You can add multiple email address in the Default contact person section.
- Select Customers.
Sending a sales contract
Under the Sales tab:
- Select the Projects section.

Right-click the desired alternative and select Sales steps > Print sales contract.
Note: Ensure that the alternative is linked to the customer you wish to send the sales contract to.
- Configure alternative dates and Save.
- In the printing list, click Send and select To e-Signature.
Note: Additional documents, for example terms and conditions, must be .pdf files.
- Select the email address (if multiple address were added to the customer).
Tips: User can modify or add a phone number/an email address by clicking on Edit signers.
- Click OK.
Sending a modified sales contract
If the alternative is modified after the sales contract has been signed, users can send a modified sales contract.
Under the Sales tab:
- Select the Projects section.

Right-click on the modified alternative and select Sales steps > Send modified sales contract.
- Configure alternative dates and click Save.
- In the printing list, click Send and select To e-Signature.
- Click OK.
Send contracts for e-signature to several customers - recommendations
Due to spaces limitation on Winner Bizz printing forms, we recommend sending contracts to a maximum of 2 signatories for YouSign, and 3 signatories for DocuSign.
If contracts are sent to more signatories, the signature might overlap text and appear smaller than expected.
Note: Users who need to send contracts to more signatories can get in touch with their local support team to get specific form created. Specific form creation is an additional service.
