In Winner Bizz, users can follow the status of the a sent sales contract.
Sales contract
- Go to Sales.
- Select Projects tab.
- Put a filter on the alternative related to the contract in the project list.

- Select the Sales tab.
- Click on Customer follow-up section.
- Click the Commercial documents drop-down menu.
- Users will find here the document with the status related to the sales contract.

- Once the document is signed, the user and the customer will receive the signed contract in .pdf format; the customer via e-mail and the user in the customer follow-up.
Note: The status is updated every 50 minutes, but users can click Sign sales contract in the Workflow assistant to update it manually.
- Update the Customer follow-up (1) and in the Commercial documents section users will see the document sent without signature to the customer, as well as the sales contract returned signed (2).

Modified sales contract
- Go to Sales.
- Select Projects tab.
- Put a filter on the alternative related to the contract in the project list.
- Select Sales tab.
- Click on Customer follow-up section.
- Click the Commercial documents drop-down.
- You will find here the documents with the status related to the sales contract:
- The first sales contract sent
- The first sales contract signed
- The modified sales contract sent
- Once the document is signed, the user and the customer will receive the signed contract in .pdf format; the customer via e-mail and the user in the customer follow-up.
