In Winner Bizz, users can create a new or modify a sales contract to be signed using an e-signature.
Users will find here how to activate e-signature during sales contracts steps and how to configure e-signature settings related to the service.
Activate e-signature
- Go to Other tab.
- Select Application settings.
- Choose Workflow settings option.
- Fold out the Sales tab.
- Tick the Sign sales contract box.
Note: Users can also tick Sign contract confirmation and Sign modified sales contract if they want to use e-signature for these steps, too.
Note: With the Sign sales contract step activated, the sales will be considered as completed when the sales contract is signed.
