In Winner Bizz, the work order section is now displayed in the Work properties window. Users can add the work event to an existing work order, create a new work order and print it directly from this window.
After having selected a worker, tick the box Confirm this worker for this work event. The button Select and Add new will be activated.
- Select: Choose an existing Work order. The work event you are planning will be added to the order. If you chose the wrong work order in your list, click Delete and then Select.
- Add new: The Work order edit window opens.
- Print: If your work order is only for the work event being planned, click Print to automatically generate and print to the worker. It is also possible to add a graphical batch print for the selected work events.
Once your work order is selected or created, new buttons are available:
- Edit: Opens the Work order edit window, where you can see the event list, change the order date, and add or remove events from the list.
- Delete: Removes the event in the work order and deletes the work order created if it contains no other work event.
- Print: Users accessing the Printing list window where they can print the work order, send it via email or export as a pdf. It is also possible to add a graphical batch print for the selected events.
