In Winner Bizz, with the payment follow-up functionality, users will be able to set a planned deposit date, and then, to set a deposit date when your payments are completed. Users must activate the function in order to include it in the workflow.

Activate the functionality
Go to the workflow settings:
- Select Other.
- Select Application settings.
- Select Workflow settings.
- Click the the Financial drop-down.
- Double-click on the line Register bank deposit.
- Click the drop-down to select if the step will be optional or mandatory.
Set the planned deposit date
To register a planned deposit date:
- Go to the menu Financial and select Payments.
- Select the payment and click Edit.
- The Payment window will open:
- Select the payment method.
- Enter the Planned deposit date.
Note: If the entered date is later than today, the payment will appear in the Waiting deposit list. If the date is today, your payment will appear in the To deposit list. - Save your changes.
Follow your payment deposit
To look at deposits due today, go to the To deposit list.
Note: If the user wishes to view payments that are already deposited, go to the list All.
Once the deposit of your payment is done, users can confirm the effective date of deposit, by using the Set date of deposit function:
- Select the payment.
- Click Set deposit date.
- The window Deposit date will open:
Note: By default, the today's date will be selected.
Filter the list
Users can also filter the list.
- Click Search and select Current values.
- The Filter – Current values window will appear. Here users can enter the planned deposit date to filter for.
E-payment follow up
If your client chose to pay via E-payment, you don’t need to register the payment as you would with a deposit. The E-payment, once paid, will be automatically registered in Winner Bizz.
You can also chose to refresh the payment status in a project by clicking on Register Payment in the Workflow assistant.
