Share a project with a contact

In Winner Bizz, to allow Showcase 360 communication with the contact, users must link an email address to the contact. To do so, go to the tab Address under the menu Sales > Customers.

Note: It is not possible to create a contact from the Showcase 360 to be synchronised with Winner Bizz. Users can only synchronise an existing contact in Winner Bizz.

Then, users can copy the contact to Showcase 360 by right-clicking on the desired project or click Copy to showcase 360.

Users can also copy a contact to Showcase 360 from the Workflow assistant.

After copying the contact, its Showcase 360 page will be opened. This page shows all projects and documents which are shared with this contact.

Then, users will be able to see if a customer has been published to the Showcase 360 or not from the Customers list Winner Bizz, under the Showcase column.
