Summary
Overview
To access the Workflow go to Other > Application Settings > Workflow settings.
Here the user will find the different sections (1) corresponding to the different modules.
The modules contain process steps (2).
Customisation of step
Add new step
To add a customised step in a process,
- Select an existing standard step.
- Click on Add new.
The Customised step edit window will open, allowing the user to create the new step.
Customise step editor
- Name: Choose a name for the new step. This one will be visible in the Workflow assistant.
- Type: Choose the type of the step the user wishes to create.
- Option:
Active step: Tick this box to activate the step for the selected process. Untick to deactivate
Mandatory step: Tick to make the step mandatory in the process. - Temporality: Choose if the created action takes places Before the standard step or After the standard step.
- Content: If the user chooses to send or save a document during this customised step, specify the Exchange type, the Exchange file, the Filename and, if necessary, add parameters with the + icon.
- Transfer Settings: Depending on the type of created step, complete the data required for the transfer.
Edit an already created step
If the user wishes to edit a step they created, select Edit.
Overview of the steps before and after
A step taking place before the standard step is depicted in blue. A step taking place after a standard step is shown in red.

- Web page
- Web service
- Send email
- Transfer file FTP
- Transfer file to local folder
