NOTE! It is not recommended to import all alternatives from Winner Flex or Winner Design into Winner Bizz. Alternatives that have the status Contract sent should not be imported.
Note! Users who do not have any projects to import should proceed to the next step, Getting Started: How to create a new customer.
How to export an alternative from Winner Flex or Winner Design
In Winner Flex or Winner Design, at Project level:
- Select Project > Open.
- In the Project list window, left-click to select the desired project and click Open.
- Under the Milieau tab, located to the centre left of the screen, right-click the desired project and select Export > To file (.DRW).
- In the Save as window, enter a name into the File name field, select a location to save the file and click Save.
Note: It is recommended to use the name of the alternative and the customer's name in the File name.
How to import an alternative into Winner Bizz
In Winner Bizz, at the Homepage:
- Select Sales > Projects.
- At the Projects page, click + Add new.
- Users can select an existing customer contact, for example if the administrator or key user has imported an existing customer registry from Winner Flex or Winner Design. To use an existing contact, left-click to select the customer contact and click Select.
Note: For more information, see Setup: How to import the customer registry from Winner Flex or Winner Design. - Or users can create a new customer contact for the project. To create a new contact, click Add new.
Note: For more information, see Getting Started: How to create a new customer.
- Users can select an existing customer contact, for example if the administrator or key user has imported an existing customer registry from Winner Flex or Winner Design. To use an existing contact, left-click to select the customer contact and click Select.
- The new project will automatically open. Close the project and Discard the changes.
- In Projects, right-click the new project and select Additional functions > Import > Design file (.DRW) as new project.
