Catalogue management

In Winner Bizz, the catalogue management function will allow the user to download and install the standard catalogues provided by Compusoft. Users will then be able to customise these before publishing them to other user's in their company, so that they can be used in designs.

An option allows users to customise their catalogues differently per shop.

There are 4 user rights available in the Sales component to manage the catalogue maintenance access:

• Catalogue maintenance allows downloading, installing and customising standard catalogues.
• Download design catalogue allows manual downloading of the production catalogues.
• Install design catalogue allows installation of the production catalogues. However, it will only be possible if no other user is currently using the production database.
• Edit design catalogue allows checking the content of the registered production.
