The Showcase 360 homepage

In Winner Bizz, to see the Showcase 360 homepage, click the Showcase 360 icon in the Winner Bizz toolbar.

Note: If the user does not have a Showcase 360 account, the user will be redirected to the web product page.

The icon will always redirect the user to the Showcase 360 homepage.

Manage plans

This menu allows the user to see an overview of all the plans the user has uploaded to Showcase 360.

 Note: For more information on how to upload a plan, see Managing designs.

Messages

In this communication platform, users will find all messages between the shop and the different prospects and customers. It allows the user to keep track of communication records, and to easily switch between different conversations.

Contacts/customers

Go to this menu if you want to see the list of prospects and customers in Showcase 360.

Settings

Under this menu, users can manage their Showcase 360 settings:

• Company settings: consult their company settings and configure their Showcase 360 account, like the email address or the background.
• Advertisements: add a new advertisement or consult advertisements the user has imported.
• Event log: consult every action done on the Showcase 360.

Note: This menu is only available if the user role Showcase 360 administrator is activated.
