Managing designs

In Winner Design, an existing or new design can be published for a customer or for a showcase.

To do so, go to the Project list and right-click on the design or click Showcase 360.

The viewpoints will automatically be added to the publication. Users can also attach files from the customer follow-up or locally stored files.

The following publication options are possible:

• The option Publish for customer will directly lead to a Showcase page with a prepared publication message to the customer. This option allows users to share the design with the customer directly. This step can also be done later.
• The option Publish for showcase will directly lead to the Showcase 360 homepage, showing all of the user's showcase publications. This step can also be done later.

Note: A design can also be published directly from Winner Design.

Once a design has been published for a customer, the same design can not be published for showcase, and vice-versa.

In the Winner Bizz Project list, users will be able to know if a design has been published to Showcase 360 or not by looking at the Showcase 360 column. If it has been published, the user will see if it has been Published for customer or Published for showcase, as well as the number of the specific publication.

There are different Showcase 360 pages that can be opened from a published design in Winner Bizz Project list:

• View publication details in Showcase 360: opens the selected, already published design
• Alternatives in Showcase 360: opens the page with all published designs
• Showcase 360 homepage: opens the Showcase 360 homepage

Open a design from Showcase 360

There are different options to open a design from Showcase 360:

(1) Unpublish: will delete the design from Showcase 360.

(2) Archive plan: will archive the design in Showcase 360 > Manage plans > Archive’ tab.

(3) Import to current project: will import the alternative as a new design to the preselected project in Winner Bizz.

(4) Import to new project: will import the design to a new project in Winner Bizz.

(5) Open for edit: will open the design in Winner Design.
