General item information

In Winner Bizz, click Add new in Storage management to register a new stocked item. Users can add stocked items which are linked to a supplier catalogue or register stocked items which are not related to a catalogue, for example, tiles, tools or wallpapers. 

• Item code: The item code must match the item from the linked supplier catalogue.
• Active: Users can use this to control the visibility of the stocked item for sales.
• Negative quantity allowed: When this checkbox is ticked, the item will still be available even if the quantity is zero, for example, for a common, frequently ordered item that is readily available.
• Minimum quantity & Minimum order quantity: If the available quantity reaches the Minimum quantity, Winner Bizz will automatically send the user a task for reordering this item. In this task, Winner Bizz will define the Minimum order quantity set by the user, as a guide of how much to order.
