From Winner Bizz version 12.0h, the Worker edit user role enables the user to add and edit the workers in the Worker list.
This user role differentiates the management of workers and Winner Bizz users and only allows the user to add, edit or delete workers from the Worker list.
Add a new worker
Click on Work > Work settings > Worker list > Add new.
By clicking Worker, a new external worker will be created, and the user can edit all the properties, work roles, calendar settings and holidays.
By clicking Linked to existing user account, it is possible to create a new worker based on an existing user. Select the username in the drop-down menu.
- If the user selected is an external resource, it is possible to edit the properties, work roles, calendar settings and holidays.
- If the user selected is internal, only the work roles can be edited.
Edit an existing worker
Users can edit an existing worker. Chose the worker in the list and click Edit.
- If the user selected is an external resource, it is possible to edit the properties, work roles, calendar settings and holidays.
- If the user selected is internal, only the work roles can be edited.
