Work module improvements
Work scheduler
The work schedule has been improved for more visibility and to optimise the planification of work event.
- On the left of the screen, a list with all the work events that need to be planned. You can double click to plan the work or drag and drop it to the calendar on the right of the screen. Either way will open the Work properties dialog.
- You can separate the work scheduler in another window by clicking on this icon, which allow you to have a window with the list of unplanned work, and in another window the calendar.
- A new display is available: the global overview display.

Work properties dialog
The Work properties dialog has been entirely reworked to allow a better user experience.
- The alternative reference. User can change the selected alternative with the button Select...
- Chose the type of work, the status of the work and categorize the work as an After-sales work
- Work details: preferred delivery, catalogue, model, and the sales price.
- The work properties: users can schedule the work event, assign it to a worker, add documents such as plans or work orders, add estimated hours and write a description. Next to the description, users can plan a task, send a mail and print the work details.
The second section gives access to the work type specific properties (here Measurement properties). The third tab is the Work follow-up section where users can fill in the hours spent on this intervention and add comments.

Attribute a color to a worker
For more visibility in your work schedule, you can now chose to attribute a color to a worker.
In the Work settings, select a worker, click on Edit and chose a color.
The color will be displayed on the work schedule for each tasks attributed to this worker.
You can chose to display the color according to the worker or the task type in the Work schedule > Display settings > Work event color

Create work events from an After-Sales order
After-sales and work event are often related: a damage needs intervention from your work ressource and it can be inconvenient to close your after-sales edit dialog to look for your work schedule. To make things easier, both features are now linked.
When in your After-sales edit dialog, go in the Treatment tab and select the subsection Orders. This section displays the order pending for this After sales complaint. You can select one of the order and Add a work event linked to this order.

After-sales and work event are often related: a damage needs intervention from your work ressource and it can be inconvenient to close your after-sales edit dialog to look for your work schedule. To make things easier, both features are now linked.
In the After-Sales edit dialog, in the Treatment tab, a new subsection is available: Works. This section displays all the work events related to this after-sales complain and offers you the possibility to add new work event by clicking on Add work event... or to access the Work schedule.
Note: If you select a work event from the list and click on Work schedule, the work schedule will open, already pre-filtered on the corresponding alternative.

Send an email to a worker from the Customer follow up
From the Customer follow up, go in the Documents section > right click on the document you want to send, select Send by email to > Worker > select the corresponding email address.
General improvements
- Show only free workers in the lists setting is now saved and stays the same when opening the Work properties dialog.
- New filters on the work list
- Modification of the user right Show work schedule: a read only access allows user to see the work schedule without being able to modify it
- New quick search filter added to filter your work schedule by company
- Error message displayed in the Work event when the installation date is not consistent with the delivery date or reception date.
Simple catalogue management
A new way to manage catalogues, based on the Winner Design settings, is available for Cloud users. The simple catalogue management allow users to set catalogues and to make them accessible for the other shops in the same database. If you're interested by this new feature, contact Compusoft to set your account accordingly.
After setting up the catalogues, the modification are saved in the database and can be downloaded and installed by the shops sharing the same database. Users can bring modification at anytime and from anywhere, provided they are granted with the corresponding user right.
The process of the simple catalogue management is:
- In the menu Sales, click on Production catalogues...
- Modify the cost and sales index of the catalogue
Note: the user right Design catalogue edit is requested to modify catalogues - Click on OK and close the catalogue dialog;
- Restart Winner Bizz
- The catalogues are ready to be downloaded and installed by the other shops of your company
Note: If you want your company to be in a separate catalogue database, tick the box in the Data availability section in the Company information dialog.

After Sales: easier responsible person research
When selecting the source/cause and or responsible person in the After sales edit dialog, it may be inconvenient to scroll among all the names to find the user you're looking for. It is now possible to select directly the type of user (Supplier/user) and to type the first letters of the user's name for a quick search.
In the After-sales edit dialog, go in the Treatment tab. Next to the fields Source / cause and Responsible, click on the ... and select the type of user you're looking for.
This will open a list with a Quick search field (1) where you can enter the first letters of the user. Chose the user (2) and click on Select (3).

External applications shortcuts
This new functionality allows users to create quick access to web pages and local applications. You can for example add a shortcut to your supplier website or your accountancy software and access it from a simple click.
The shortcuts can be personal or common to all users and will be accessible from the Winner Bizz toolbar and from the left toolbar in Winner Design.
To add or modify a shortcut, click on Other options > Application settings > External application shortcuts... or Other options > User interface > Customize in the External application shortcuts section.
This will lead you to your shortcuts list where you can chose to add, edit or delete an existing shortcut.

Communication module improvements
Link an alternative to an e-mail
Users can link an unread e-mail to an existing alternative which allow users to keep track of the e-mail related to a specific alternative in the customer follow up.

Convert a mail into a task
When reading a mail, you might want to add a task related to the content of this mail, for example a reminder to call a client or to update a design. Users can now chose to turn this e-mail into a task.
In the Communication menu > Tasks and mails > Right click on the e-mail > Add as task...

Named License
From Winner Bizz 12.0i version, Named licenses are available for Winner Bizz’ Cloud users.
A Named license allows several access to users under the same License number. This is an asset for users: the license is no longer linked to the computer, it is now linked to the user account. Users can connect wherever they want, provided the use of an account with a Named License access.
This enables more flexibility in the management of users: if a user is absent for a period of time, you can remove its access from Winner Bizz to give it to its substitute.

YouSign available for e-signature
E-signature was already available in previous versions of Winner Bizz. This feature allows users to send documents such as sales contract for signature via e-mail. For this service, users must set up an account with an E-signature provider, such as DocuSign. Another provider is now available: Yousign.
Note: A Yousign account is needed for this service.
When configuring your E-signature account, chose Yousign.
The API key value is the one displayed in the API section of Yousign.
Once your account set up in Winner Bizz, the procedure to send a document for e-signature remains the same.

New Dashboard KPI: Sales margin
A new KPI is available is the Winner Bizz Dashboard. This new data visually represents your sales margin as a gauge.
In the Sales settings, users can define the calculation method for the quotation between Profit %, Sales coefficient and Markup %.
According to this calculation method, users can define a value for each sales person in the Sales objectives settings.

Workflow: multi amendment management
The customized workflow steps linked to a modify sales contract are now executed every time a modified sales contract is printed.
General improvements
Our ref becomes Salesperson
The field Our ref lead to misunderstanding and was not very clear, which is way it has been renamed into Salesperson.
New variables in messages
New variables are available to personalize your messages.
Variable are placeholders that can be used in case the user wants to add deviating values inside a message. Click Add variables In the context menu, to see the selection of available variables and integrate them in your messages.
Building component
The projects set as new are not displayed in the quotation summary for building projects anymore. This brings a better vision by displaying only the sold alternatives and optimise the results in your statistics and reports.
New forms: stickers for received items
You can now chose to print stickers to put on your received items and optimise your stock management. This specific printing form indicates the order reference, the supplier order reference, the reception number, the reception date, and the stock location.
To access to this form, go in Supplier order reception > Order reception > Print... .
Note: if you receive a part of your order on one day and need to print another label the day you receive the other part of your order, the data will be updated with latest reception number, date and stock location. This only concerns reception done on a different date.
Windows 8 not supported anymore
Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 R2 support by Microsoft ends in 2023. A warning message will be displayed to users trying to install Winner Bizz on Windows 8 or earlier versions to inform them that an upgrade to a newer versions of Windows is strongly recommended. End of multi site replication functionality
Please notice that the maintenance of the multi-site replication functionality in Winner Bizz will end by January 2024. Please contact Compusoft quickly to move to the Cloud solution, which will bring you more flexibility and functions.
Import Fusion contacts into Winner Bizz
Users can now import the contacts from Fusion into Winner Bizz in a few clicks. To export your contact in Fusion, go in Manage > Customer > Export all customer data. This will create a .csv file with all your contacts cards.
In Winner Bizz, go in your contact list. At the bottom of the page, click on Import. Select your Fusion contact export list and select Open.
Chose the company in which you want to import your contacts.

Project list section
In the previous version, the project list pre-filter has been improved to corresponds to your project according to its status in your sales process (In prospect, in sales or in processing). The pre-filter All is back in your project list, displaying all the active and pending project, no matter it's process status.

General improvements in the EANCOM v.3:

The default Customer profile questionnaire has been updated.
New VAT profile for Swiss
In compliance with the VAT change in 2024, a new VAT Profile called STANDARD 2024 is available. The VAT Profile STANDARD 2018 - 2023 remains set as default for now. If you're not sure how to change the VAT profile in Winner Bizz, you can consult this article.
