External applications shortcuts

From Winner Bizz version 12.0i, users can create quick access to web pages and local applications, which improves the browsing experience within Winner Bizz. 

To add or modify a shortcut, select Other options > Application settings > External application shortcuts or Other options > User interface > Customize in the External application shortcuts section.

This will lead you to your shortcuts list where you can choose to add, edit or delete an existing shortcut.  

Click Add new or Edit to access the External application shortcuts Edit window. 

1. Enter the name of your shortcut.
   Note: The name cannot be edited afterwards.
   
   
2. Chose the type of shortcut:
   Web page will redirect you to a web page.
   Local application will open the application.
   
   
3. Enter the link or the path to your shortcut.
   
   
4. You can define if this shortcut will appear for all users, or only for you.
   Note: This parameter cannot be edited afterwards. To define this parameter, you must have the user role Application setting.
   
   
5. Main toolbar: The shortcut will appear on the right of your Winner Bizz toolbar. The shortcut logo only appear if you already have shortcuts accessible, otherwise it is not displayed.
   
   
   
   Left toolbar in Winner Design: The shortcut will appear in the Winner Bizz toolbar in Winner Design.
