Using the Winner Bizz toolbar in Winner Design

Whilst in Winner Design, users will have access to the Winner Bizz toolbar.

Winner Bizz toolbar

The Winner Bizz toolbar can be found laid out vertically on the left side of the screen whilst the user is in Winner Design.

Note! The icons available in the toolbar are dependent on the user's rights, the version of Winner Bizz they are using and if they are a Winner Design user.

• Info: 
  
  
  
  Click the Info icon to view the customer's name, address and contact information.
  
  
• Save and Save As:
  
  
  
  Click the Save icon to save the current design.
  Click the Save As icon to save a copy of the design with a new name.
  
  
• Sales steps
  
  
  
  Click the Sales steps icon to print a quotation, sales contract and other commercial forms.
  
  
• Payment calendar
  
  
  
  Click the Payment calendar icon to update the payment calendar.
  
  
• Stock
  
  
  
  Click the Stock icon to check what articles used in the design are currently in stock.
  
  
• Request works and services
  
  
  
  Click the Request works and services icon to request works and services such as installation, removal, plumbing, electrical, etcetera. 
• Quotation summary
  
  
  
  Click the Quotation summary icon to open the quotation summary in Winner Bizz.
  
  
• Graphical documents
  
  
  
  Click the Graphical documents icon to begin a batch print of drawings and other selected documents, such as a quotation, pre-defined in Winner Bizz.
  
  
• Note
  
  
  
  Click the Note icon to create a new note appended to the design.
  
  
• Showcase 360
  
  
  
  Click the Showcase 360 icon to open Showcase 360.
