From Winner Bizz version 12.0i, users can see their sales margin KPI visually represented on the Winner Bizz Dashboard by a gauge:
Note: If no sales objectives have been set, the minimum and the maximum values are not shown and the gauge needle is centred.
Defining sales objectives
In the Sales settings window, users can define the calculation method for the quotation between Profit %, Sales coefficient and Markup %.
Using this calculation method, users can define a value for each salesperson in the Sales objectives settings.
Go to Sales > Sales objectives > select a salesperson > Edit.
Fill in the sales objectives fields: Turnover excluding Vat, Number of contracts, Number of quotations, and the selected calculation method, for example, Profit %.
A new column in the sales report Sales per salesperson, Hit list salesperson and Sales analysis yearly is available to display the calculation method objective value. To add this column, click on Customize and add the column from the Available columns.
