Simple catalogue management

From Winner Bizz version 12.0i, there is an easy way to manage catalogues, based on the Winner Design settings, that is available for Cloud users. Simple catalogue management allow users to set catalogues and to make them accessible for the other shops in the same database. If you're interested by this new feature, contact Compusoft to set your account accordingly.

After setting up the catalogues, modifications are saved in the database. These can be downloaded and installed by shops sharing the same database. Users can make modifications at any time and from anywhere, provided they are granted with the required user rights.

The process of the simple catalogue management is:

1. In the menu Sales, select Production catalogues.
   
   
2. Modify the cost and sales index of the catalogue.
   
   
   Note: the user right Design catalogue edit is requested to modify catalogues
   
   
3. Click OK and close the catalogue dialog.
   
   
4. Restart Winner Bizz.
   
   
5. The catalogues are ready to be downloaded and installed by other shops in your company.

Note: If you want your company to be in a separate catalogue database, tick the box in the Data availability section in the Company information dialog.

This catalogue management does not allow customization according to specific shops, all the shops downloading the catalogue will have the same index and prices as the one defines for the company.
