Note: Ensure that the receiver of the task has Gmail or Outlook set up and that their calendar synchronisation is activated. For more information, see Calendar settings.
- Click Synchronize.
- Your task will appear on your Gmail or Outlook calendar. Opening it, you can see the contact details.
Note: Modifying the contact details in Gmail or Outlook will not affect the contact details in Winner Bizz.
SALES
Customer/Supplier Follow Up: Improved documents organisation
In Winner Bizz, the Document section of the Customer/Supplier Follow-Up contains all the documents exchanged between the salesperson and the client or a supplier. It is organised by the type of document, for example, commercial, design, project, customer, etc.
For improved organisation of this section, you can now create your own folders and regroup documents in them. For example, if the section contains sales contracts at different stages of the project, you can regroup them in a new folder.
Creating a folder
- Select Sales > Sales settings > Customer Follow Up > Default customer follow-up folders > Add new.
- Enter the Folder name and choose a Parent Folder.
- Click OK > Save.
Moving files
- Once the personalised folder has been created, go to Customer Follow Up.
- Select an Alternative.
-
Left-click to select the document, or documents, that you wish to move.
-
Drag and drop them to the desired folder or click Move To.
Note: You can also right-click and select Move to.
| Note: You can only move documents from a parent folder to a subfolder in that same section. You cannot, for example, move a sales contract outside of the Commercial documents section. |
Preview email and documents from the Customer follow-up
In Winner Bizz, the Customer follow-up gathers several documents at various stages of a project. You can now preview emails and documents directly from the Customer follow-up interface, enabling users to quickly identify the relevant documents, without the need to open each one individually.
- Go to Customer follow-up.
- Select an Alternative.
- Click Display Preview, on the right of the dialog. A preview of your document or email appears.
Documents that are able to be previewed:
-
Text: .pdf, .txt, .json, .log
- Image: .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, .emf, .ico, .gif
|
Note: You can slide the separator to enlarge or minimise the display dialog. |
Designer filter on Dashboard
In order to enhance the accuracy of the data displayed on the Dashboard, a new feature has been introduced that allows you to filter data based on one or more Designers. This enables the dashboard to present data related to projects assigned to one or more specific Designers.
Business contributor column added in project list
To have an improved view of your sponsors and business contributors, a new column has been added to the project list. For more information, see Business finder.
New user role: Sign sales contract
A user access right has been added to Winner Bizz, in the Sales component. When the user access right Sign Sales Contract is set to No Access, that user will not be able to sign a sales contract.
| Note: If the Sales step is activated, a contract needs to be signed to be considered as Sold. |
For more information, see How to setup an e-signature and How to activate the e-signature feature.
Warning message on signature date
A warning message will now be displayed if the signature date is found to be one month later than the edition date of the sales contract. This alert is to help prevent typographical errors when entering dates, which can lead to inaccuracies in statistical data. For example, a common mistake might involve entering the year as 2042 instead of 2024.
YouSign: Send e-signature contracts into workspaces
In Winner Bizz, the e-signature service provider YouSign gives access to Workspace according to user or company. A workspace is a separate place on your YouSign account where you can save and store your signed documents. A workspace has users associated with it, who can access to the saved documents.
These workspaces are now manageable from Winner Bizz, which mean that when a user sends a document for signature, it can be sent directly to one specific workspace.
- In Sales > Sales settings > Signature settings tab > Connect to YouSign by entering the API key value, for more information, see How to setup an e-signature.
- Click Retrieve workspaces.
- Select the workspace you wish your documents to be sent to.
- Click Save
If you don't have any workspace, select Default.
If a workspace is deleted on YouSign, the documents will be sent to the Default workspace.
| Note: For more information on YouSign workspaces, see YouSign: Organize your account with workspaces (External Link). |
Docusign: SMS code validation
In Winner Bizz, the e-signature service provider DocuSign allows user to sign documents via a SMS validation code. This option is now manageable directly from Winner Bizz.
When configuring the E-signature account, for more information, see How to setup an e-signature, tick the Use SMS validation code box.
| NOTE! If one of the signatories has an invalid phone number, the signature process will fail for all signatories. Ensure that your contact has a valid phone number entered in Winner Bizz. |
With phone validation activated, the signature process will be slightly different. When the signatory clicks on the link in the email he received, they will be redirected to the following pages:
Following this, the process proceeds as described in How to send a sales contract with an e-signature.
DocuSign: Test environment
In Winner Bizz, the e-signature service provider DocuSign now provides users with a test environment. This option is manageable directly from Winner Bizz. When configuring the E-signature account, for more information, see How to setup an e-signature, you are presented with the option to choose between a test environment and a production environment.
Opting to use the test environment during the initial setup of your account allows you to explore and understand the functionalities and features of the system in a risk-free setting. By doing so, you can gain valuable insights into how the system operates, ensuring that you are well-prepared before transitioning to the production environment for actual use.
Financing offer: fully customisable loan term
The loan term can now be fully customised, providing greater flexibility when simulating a loan offer for a customer. This allows you to create more tailored and attractive loan simulation packages, which can help in meeting the specific requirements and preferences of customers. Consequently, this flexibility can lead to higher customer satisfaction and potentially increase the likelihood of loan acceptance.
WB Services Catalogue
To avoid any confusion, the WB Installation catalogue in the design module has been renamed to WB Services catalogue, for reasons such as that it includes not only installation, but also transport. By renaming it to the Service catalogue, we aim to provide a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of the range of services offered.
PURCHASE
Split supplier order
In Winner Bizz, users can split a supplier order. This is useful if you wish to deliver part of your order to a different address from the rest of the order.
For example in the case where you want household appliances to be delivered to the worktop manufacturer to be integrated directly in your client's worktop.
In the Purchase menu, select the Supplier order > Select an order > Click Order Details > Select items with the status Must be ordered > Click Split order.
This will create a distinct order with the selected items.
| Note! This function is available only for new orders, with the status Must be ordered. |
Change the supplier in a supplier order
In Winner Bizz, you can change the supplier in a supplier order confirmation. This is useful if you use standard catalogues when designing an option, and then wish to allocate the order to a particular supplier (local manufacturer).
In the Purchase menu, select the Supplier order > chose an order > Click on Order Details > Change supplier.
This function is available only for new orders, with the status Must be ordered.
Creation of a supplier specific JSON file when ordering
When on supplier level, you can select JSON as ordering method. The JSON will only include the items of this supplier. This is to avoid sending a supplier an order than includes items from another supplier.
Validation for supplier order change
Modifying a sales contract where a supplier order had already been placed now triggers the dialog Supplier order change validation. Users allowed to apply changes to existing supplier orders can choose to untick or tick this box. By default, this box will now be filled in. If the user does not tick or untick this box, a warning message will inform the user that ticking or unticking the supplier order that needs modification is required.
This is to avoid generating new supplier orders if not required.
Highlight the order method button
When a particular order method, such as ASCII export or JSON, is set for a Supplier, this method is now distinctly highlighted within the Order Details dialog. This enhancement has been implemented to prevent the unnecessary printing of the order when it is not required, streamlining the process.
Force order confirmation number
In Winner Bizz, you can now select the option labelled Force order confirmation number. Users will be required to enter a confirmation number when they are editing a supplier confirmation. This additional step ensures that every order is accompanied by a unique confirmation number, thereby improving the accuracy and traceability of purchase transactions.
Address automatically filled for grouped orders
When making a Grouped order, the supplier e-mail address is now automatically filled in. By automating this step, we intend to save time and minimise errors, enhancing overall order management efficiency. This feature is especially useful for users who regularly work with the same suppliers, as it streamlines the process and enables faster order handling.
EANCOM 3.0 available
EANCOM 3.0 is available with Winner Bizz.
To choose this format, go in Purchase > Suppliers > Select a supplier > Edit > Order settings tab> Send EANCOM orders > Edit settings > EANCOM standard version > Select 3.0 or 2.01.
Preferred reception date: time settings
It is now possible to add the time of the preferred reception date, and this setting will be added in the order sent to suppliers. This is useful when using EANCOM 3.0 as some suppliers request this piece of information to be added in the order.
LOGISTIC
Sending EDI to shipping platform
In Winner Bizz, you can send EDI files directly and automatically to shipping platform.
This new feature enhances operational efficiency by allowing users to bypass intermediate steps, ensuring that shipping data is transmitted swiftly and accurately. Consequently, businesses can expect a reduction in administrative workload and an improvement in overall productivity. By integrating this direct communication method, Winner Bizz continues to support businesses in optimising their logistics and shipping operations.
If required, add the reference for the logistic platform in the logistics settings per company:
-
Logistic > Logistic settings > External communication section.
- Select the company > Click the Edit icon > Add the reference > Save
Note: for the platform Guisnel, the reference corresponds to the Invoicing account.
Then, add the step to export automatically the data to the shipping platform.
-
In the Workflow Settings, create a step under the category Purchase or Logistic.
-
Chose a type, then under the Content section, select Export an exchange file as CSV.
- Chose the shipping platform under the field Exchange file.
Note: For now, the only shipping platform available is Guisnel Distribution.
Additionally, you can create a rule where every time an order is printed, the EDI is also sent to the platform.
- To do so, in the Workflow Settings, under the User Actions section, select the step Order printed or Reorder printed.
-
Chose a type, then under the Content section, select Export an exchange file as CSV.
- Chose the shipping platform under the field Exchange file.
Note: For now, the only shipping platform available is Guisnel Distribution.
Inventory list improvement
The report inventory list has been adjusted to take into account the block discount for each item. The confirmed purchase price is distributed between the items of the supplier order. The supplier invoice amount is also distributed between the items of the supplier order. This distribution process guarantees that both the purchase price and the invoice amount are accurately reflected for each item, maintaining precise financial records and facilitating inventory management.
WORK
Display Saturday and Sunday in work schedule
A recently introduced feature in the Work Schedule provides you with the flexibility to customise their calendar weekly display. This new setting enables you to either hide Sundays specifically or exclude the entire weekend from your Work Schedule.
AFTER SALES
First article unticked
When editing an After Sales complaint in the treatment tab, the first item of the list is no longer ticked by default.
Improved visibility on Alternative reference
The After Sales list has been improved; the column Link has been replaced by the columns Alternative Reference and Alternative Name. This enables a clearer vision in the After-sales list.
FINANCIAL
Exact Online Integration
In Winner Bizz, the accounting software Exact Online is now integrated with Winner Bizz. This integration offers users the possibility to send the customer and supplier invoice and payment directly on the platform. This export and imports are done automatically but can also be triggered manually if needed.

The Exact Online details can be configured in Financial settings > Accounting settings tab.
To deactivate one export, untick the Accountancy export box in the Customer Invoice tab, Supplier Invoice tab or Payments tab.
Customer codes can be also defined from the Contact edit dialog. Select Leads/Prospect > Contact > Chose a contact > Edit > Settings tab > Accountancy booking codes.

Invoice for guarantee
In Winner Bizz, you can generate an invoice with a zero amount.
Stock shortage might lead users to deliver another item than the one requested by the client. This situation can represent a challenge when it comes to ensuring the guarantee of the new item, especially in the case of household appliances. To address this issue, Winner Bizz has a feature that enables users to generate a final invoice with a zero amount. This allows the client to possess an official document that can be used for guarantee purposes.
This invoice can also be beneficial in the context of construction projects, particularly when the end customer requires an invoice for the kitchen to be issued in their name, despite the payment having been made by the promoter.
| Note: this operation is only possible if there is no invoiced amount left for this alternative. |
To generate an invoice with a zero amount:
- Select Financial > Customer Invoices.
- Click on Add...
- Click on Search and select Invoiced under Invoiced status.
- Click on Add New.
Payment calendar automatically under Financing type
To allow you to identify which project must be invoiced under Financing offer conditions, the Financing type is now automatically added to the Payment calendar when a sales contract is printed with a Financing Offer simulation. The Financing line generated equals to the total of the financial offer cost, the second payment line corresponds to the client's personal contribution.
(Swiss only) Export of QR code on XML customer invoice
It is now possible to export QR code data in the XML customer invoice export.
This can be configured as follow:
- Go to Application settings > Workflow settings > Select when you want the export to be triggered > Add new.
- Choose a type between Send mail, Transfer file FTP or Transfer file to local folder.
- In the Content section:
- Exchange type, choose Export and exchange file as XML
- Exchange file, choose Customer Invoice
REPORT
User access role to exclude project from statistic
A new user access role is available, allowing only users with the correct permissions granted to exclude a project from statistic. By limiting the capability to exclude projects from statistics only authorised personnel will have the ability to alter statistical data.
This new user access right is in the Sales component section > Not included in statistics option, and is common to all companies.
Exporting list data automatically in a .CSV file
New lists are now exportable as a .CSV file or a .CSV file optimised for Microsoft Excel:
- Contact List
- Project List
- Supplier order list
To export:
-
Type: Choose Export a list as CSV file.
-
List: Choose the list to export.
- Filter: The filter corresponds to the section in your list. For example, in the Customer list you can choose to filter by leads, prospects, customers or all. Users can also choose to use a personal filter, customisable by clicking the More options icon next to the Filter section.
Consider the average of all quotations per project
It is now possible to consider the average of quotations within a single project. This approach is especially useful in situations where a project has multiple quotations, for example, when a customer requests several different options for kitchens, this method facilitates a more thorough and precise evaluation of potential revenue, allowing businesses a clearer understanding of the expected financial outcomes.
To do so, open the report > click Customize > Add Consider only one quotation per project as a criteria.
Then, before generating your report, tick the box Consider only one quotation per project (average).
This option applies to the reports:
- Sales Analysis - Yearly
- Sales Analysis - yearly with previous period
- Sales conversion
- Sales
- Sales per salesperson/quotation
- Sales per customer/quotation
- Sales per item/alternative
- Sales per supplier/model
Global quotation summary improvements
Addition of a filter status to include alternatives with no invoices.
You can add this by clicking Customize > Sales Status > Select > Save.
This is available for the reports:
- Global quotation summary per customer
- Global quotation summary per salesperson
- Global quotation summary per supplier
MISCELLANEOUS
Version management improvements
Version control is now managed at the database level. Organisations sharing the same database can manage when new version installation will start. You can check which database are linked by clicking Linked accounts.
New installation modes were also added. Users can now choose between
-
Auto: When a new version is detected, the download and installation will start automatically.
-
Manual: When a new version is detected, the download will start automatically, but the installation will be completed manually.
To launch the installation manually, users need to double-click on the Binpatch from the \download folder of the Winner Bizz installation. For example, C:\Program Files (x86)\Compusoft\Winner Bizz\Download. However, this file location is subject to where you chose to install Winner Bizz.
-
Validate major versions: A user with the correct user rights must validate a new major version at a given time. Every new hotfix version following this will install automatically, without validation.
- Validate all versions: A user with the correct user rights must validate every new version, both major and hotfixes.
For more information, see Winner Bizz version dispatch control.
Send API key in HTTP as header or parameter
When configuring a Customised step as a web page, it is now possible to send the API key in the HTTP header or in the HTTP parameters.

- In the Company Information dialog, select the Address tab.
- Click on the Edit icon next to the Company no. field.
- In the Change company ID dialog, enter the new Company ID.
| Note! Changing the name of the company will not move the Winner Design company product folders on other PCs. The renamed company will have no catalogues installed, at first. |
Application settings automatic export
It is possible to automatically export Winner Bizz application settings (via JSON) and Winner Design settings (zip file) via a communication rule.
- JSON WB settings can be exported by all means (web service, mail, FTP, local folder)
- ZIP WD settings cannot be exported by email (gmail doesn’t always support ZIP file as attachments).
- To do the automatic export/import process, you must choose “web service” as type, and create a web service which will treat the JSON/ZIP received and sent back another Zip/JSON for the import process.
Addition of Ghana, Maroc and Faroe Islands
These countries are now available and include specific currency rates, questionnaire files, setting files, user role files, VAT values and Zip codes.
Improvements in the system thousand separator
The thousand separator now corresponds to the regional parameters set via Windows.
For more information, see Change the language decimal separator in .csv export.
