In Winner Bizz, users can define the common working hours of a selected user, and this information will be shown in the schedule. The office hours are shown with a white background and the non-working hours with a grey background colour. It is still possible to plan events outside the defined working hours, the grey and white background acts as a visual aid in the scheduler.
- Select Other Options > Users.
- Double-click on a user and select the Calendar settings tab.
- Set the working days and working hours or tick Use default working time.
Calendar synchronization: This function lets the user synchronise their schedule in Winner Bizz with a Google or an Outlook calendar. Click the drop-down to select the type of account and enter the user's email address into the Synchronisation account field.
Note: The respective Google or Outlook calendar must be named Winner Bizz (Login name) in order to be synced with Winner Bizz.
The credentials will be requested when Winner Bizz tries to connect to the Google or Outlook platform for the first time. The user has to log in with their credentials and allow Winner Bizz to read and write events in the calendar.
If this is the first synchronisation between Winner Bizz and an Outlook/Gmail agenda, user needs to create a Test event in the Gmail/Outlook agenda and click Synchronize from the Winner Bizz user agenda. This will launch the synchronisation process.
Note: The synchronisation process is two-way, calendar events added in one calendar will appear in the other. An event deleted from one calendar will also be deleted in the other.
