In Winner Bizz, the Edit Stocked Item window allows the user to see more details and information about the selected stocked item.
The tabs of this window are:

1. General
General information about the item.
The field Item code is mandatory and will be used to identify the product in the Storage management list.
Quantities: in this section, users can see the available quantity for this item and define properties such as minimum quantity and minimum order quantity.
Stocked item details per location: This section contains all the condition and location for a stocked item. It allows users to perform such actions as adding conditions for an item, editing condition and transferring stock to another location. For more information, see Stock transfer.
2. Reservations
When creating an alternative, users have the choice between ordering an item or taking it from stock. Taking an item from stocks generates a reservation. You can see which item are taken from stock from this tab.
All: list of the reservation for this item
Should be reserved: items with this status are taken from stock in a quotation, and the reservation deadline has expired, or the alternative is set to Lost. For more information, see Reservation and reception settings.
Reserved: items with this status are in a quotation or a sales contract and the reservation deadline has not expired. It is blocked until the alternative is sold or set to Lost. The quantity available in stock is decreased when the status is Reserved. For more information, see Reservation and reception settings.
Sold: the status changes to Sold when the alternative is approved for order.
Delivered: list of all the delivered alternative including this item taken from the stock
3. Attributes
The attributes tab gives more information about the item.
Description: this field is filled in by default as the item comes from a catalogue. Otherwise, users can add their own description of the item.
Measurements: in this section, users can add the item dimensions
4. Model and finishes
The model and finishes section is filled in by default when the item has been added from a catalogue.
Users can add information such as the Supplier ID, the Catalogue name, the model name and add or consult the finishes available for this item.
Clicking on the Retrieve More button opens the selected supplier catalogue in Winner Design.
5. Additional description
This tab is complementary to the Attributes one.
Users can add more detailed information about the item such as the unit, storage conditions, etcetera.
6. Internal Orders
This tab offers a complete vision of the orders for this item. Users can filter by order status to see what is coming to be added in stock.
- All
- Must be ordered : the minimum quantity has been achieved for this item and it must be ordered.
- Ordered
- Received
7. Movement history
This section shows the history for this item. Users can filter the list by history status:
- All
- Stock input
- Transfer
- Reservation
- Stock output
