Reservation and reception settings

In Winner Bizz, to adjust reservation and reception settings, select Logistics > Logistics settings.

In the Settings tab, the reservation period can be managed. Winner Bizz works with two reservation periods, which are applied a user-specified number of days after editing quotations and sending sales contracts.

The first setting defines how long a stocked item can be reserved before printing a sales contract and the second deadline defines how long a stocked item shall be reserved before it will be ordered.

Note: A reservation will reduce the available quantity by one and when the reservation deadline is reached, the reservation will be unlinked and, in the same step, the available quantity is increased by one again.
