Stock transfer

In Winner Bizz, users can move stock from one location to another. The stock transfer can be done from a warehouse to a showroom within the same company, or from a company to another company. 

Note! The user access role Storage Management is required.

To proceed with the Shop transfer, follow these steps:

1. From the Storage management list, select the item you want to relocate.
   
   
2. Click Edit.
   
   
3. Select the condition and click on location that needs to be changed.
   
   
4. Click Transfer
   
   
   
   Note: You cannot transfer a stock with a quantity of 0
   
   
5. The Transfer stocked item window opens. 
   
   
6. Select the destination company, the destination location type, Warehouse or Showroom, the destination location and the quantity to transfer.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Save.
   
   
8. The new location appears under the section Stocked item details per location. If the stock item entry already exists in the destination location, the stock transfer will not create a new line, it will add the quantity transferred to the existing one.
