This article deals with the three Cloud installations available for Winner Bizz:

Standalone workstations
CMC = location of the CMC database
Production = Access to catalogues in production
This Cloud installation allows users to use Winner Bizz from anywhere at any time.
Each independent installation (File server) is linked to the same Cloud database. The Winner Bizz, Winner Design and production catalogues updates are launched on each computer independently.
A File server installation is designated as the CMC server and can updates the catalogues (for more information please consult Change the location of the CMC database).
This installation mode is recommended for users looking to work from anywhere: from the shop, from home, from a client's home...
Note: No server is needed with this installation mode.
Server with client workstations
CMC = location of the CMC database
Production = Access to catalogues in production
This Cloud installation is based on one workstation being the File server, this workstation is linked to the cloud and will handle the updates for the other workstations.
The File server installation is designated as the CMC server and can updates the catalogues (for more information see Change the location of the CMC database).
Each workstation is linked to the File server installation. Users working on workstation can only work from the shop.
The Winner Bizz, Winner Design and production catalogues updates can be launched automatically from the File server thanks to automatic tasks and server job. For more information, see Server job scheduler.
This installation mode is recommended for users looking for a centralized management of software and catalogues updates for the workstation in the shop: everything is handled from the main Cloud File server installation. Only the File server installation can work outside of the shop.
Note: A local server is needed for this installation. It provides data back-up and catalogue management.
Hybrid installation
CMC = location of the CMC database
Production = Access to catalogues in production
This Cloud installation is based on one workstation being the File server and CMC designated database (see Change the location of the CMC database) this workstation is linked to the Cloud database and will handle the updates for the other workstations.
Each workstation is linked to the main File server installation. Users working on workstations cannot work outside of the shop.
The Winner Bizz, Winner Design and production catalogues updates can be launched automatically from the File server thanks to automatic tasks and server job. For more information, see Server job scheduler.
In addition, other Cloud file servers installation can share the same Cloud database.
This installation mode is recommended for users looking for a centralized management of software and catalogues updates for the workstation in the shop but looking for flexibility with other independent installations linked to the Cloud database. Only the File server installations can work outside of the shop.
Note: A local server is needed for this installation. It provides data back-up and catalogue management.
