In Winner Bizz, users who have a local installation can restore from a manual, or scheduled back up, in the event of data loss.
Note! Cloud users do not need to manually back up or restore data, as this process happens automatically.
Note! Users with a replicated (multisite) environment who wish to restore a backup must contact our Support Team.
Restoring from a backup
Note! To restore a backup, it is recommended that the user must first have created a manual backup or scheduled a backup. However, by default Winner Bizz creates a backup automatically once per day, retaining the previous three backup files.
At the Homepage:
- Click the Other options icon:
- Select Help and Support > Winner Bizz support tool.
- In the Winner Bizz support window, select the Database tab.
- Under the Database tab, click Restore a backup.
- Select the backup file the user would like to restore.
