Introduction

EANCOM is a standard of order transfer. It is an EDI -Electronic Data Interchange communication module that allows trading partners to exchange business messages (such as orders, order confirmations) in an electronic format. Benefits of using EDI include fast and paperless communication, decrease of processing errors and improved partner relationships.

There are 4 types of EANCOM messages handled by Winner Bizz:

• Order (ORDERS)
• Order change (ORDCHG)
• Order acknowledgement by the supplier (OSTRPT)
• Supplier order confirmation (ORDRSP)

The EANCOM function is totally integrated into Winner Bizz. It is easy to use. It also helps you to compare orders and order confirmations by automatically integrating confirmations in Winner Bizz.
