EANCOM settings

In the tab EANCOM settings in the Purchase settings, users can set up the common communication between Winner Bizz and the EANCOM email account.

The sending and receiving process is completely done by Winner Bizz. Also, the assigning of supplier order confirmations received from a supplier will automatically be linked to the correct project and supplier.

As the user may have already done when setting up a personal email account for Winner Bizz, users must setup the mail account for EANCOM in Winner Bizz, to be able to send and receive EANCOM messages.

We recommend users use an email address solely for the purpose of EANCOM.

The following information must be provided by the user's system or domain admin:

1. Email address for EANCOM.
   
   
2. User name (is often the same as the email address).
   
   
3. Password.
   
   
4. Domain of the incoming server and port.
   
   
5. Domain of the outgoing server and port.
