A supplier acknowledgement (OSTRPT) is a message sent by the supplier informing the user that the supplier has received the order and is able to deliver it.
A received acknowledgement is automatically integrated in Winner Bizz and the acknowledgement status in the EANCOM message box is set to Imported.
The acknowledgment message also contains an order change limit date determined by the supplier. This date is the date given by the supplier, before which the supplier order can be changed. It is written for information and does not block the order process. It is here to inform the user that changes for this order may not be carried out if they are sent to the supplier after this date.
Note: The acknowledgement message is not a mandatory step in the EANCOM process. Some suppliers never send acknowledgement messages.
