How to change the commission name

In the supplier EANCOM settings, you can choose the format of the commission name according to your supplier's requirements.

In the supplier list: 

1. Double-click on a supplier.
   
   
2. In Order settings, tick the Eancom orders box and click Edit settings.

In the commission name (RFF-UC) section, the drop-down menu allows you to chose between several options:

1. Default: This will send the design name, the alternative name and the project name.
   Note: Limit of 70 characters.
2. Project name: This will send the project name.
   Note: Limit of 35 characters.
3. Alternative name: This will send the alternative name
   Note: Limit of 35 characters.
4. Alternative/Design name: If your project is a building project, this will send the design name. If not, this will send the alternative name.
   Note: Limit of 35 characters.
5. Full name: This will send the project name, alternative name and design name.
   Note: Limit of 70 characters.
