In Winner Bizz, user's can define who can control customers’ orders by configuring the access rights. Even if the user has activated the order control in the workflow settings, users are still able to decide that some users do not require order control while working on a project.
Note: Users will not be able to set up the access rights if order control has been disabled in the workflow settings.
Select Other > User roles. Select the desired user name and double-click, or click on the Edit.
The Edit user role window will appear. Go to the Access rights menu and browse the sales component list of steps. You will find three specific rights related to the activation of the order control:
Manage the order control
To restrict the user's access to order control, check the box No access for the Customer order control right (1). To restrict the user's access to read only tick the Read only access box. To give the user full access, tick the box Full access.
Allow automatic validation of the order control
There are 3 types of cases:
- User's wish the order control to be validated automatically each time a sales contract is modified, for example, at the creation of an amendment. To do so, check the case No access for the following rights: Skip order control (2) and Skip order control reset on amendment (3).
- Users wish to have an order control only if a sales contract is printed. To do so, check the case No access for Skip order control right (2) and Full access for Skip order control reset on amendment right (3).
- Users wish for automatic order control. In this case, check the case Full access for the following rights: Skip order control (2) and Skip order control reset on amendment (3).
