Winner Bizz users logged in as an administrator, or users with the required rights and access, can register more users to allow colleagues to work on Winner Bizz. They can also deactivate a user account.
Note! If the user is logged in as an administrator performing first-time setup, once all the new users have been registered and assigned user roles, they should log out of Winner Bizz administrator admin account and log in with their personal user account to have access to the full rights and permissions.
Registering a new user account
At the Homepage:
- Click the Other options icon:
- Select Users.
- Click Add new.
- In the User edit window, fill in the mandatory fields marked with an * asterisk.
Note: The username must be unique. It can be changed afterwards, see How to change your login name.
Note! If any contact details are added, for example, Work phone or Email, these will be used as contact details on printouts. To use the company information instead, leave these fields empty.
- Tick the box Active user to make the user active.
Untick it to make it inactive. Inactive user can no longer access Winner Bizz.
- Tick the box External if you want the user to be categorised as such. For example, if the user you are adding is a worker. This facilitates a more efficient search within the list.
- Click Save to confirm the new user.
Special fields in User edit dialogue

Substitute user: Click this drop-down menu to select another user, whom will be contacted if this user is unresponsive. Users can enter a time period in the Inform substitute after [X] days field that will elapse before the substitute user is contacted.

Language: Click this drop-down menu to select a different language for this user's default.
- Reference no.: Enter a numeric identifier into this field that can be used to identify this user on all export files.
Deactivating user accounts
By default, the Active user box is ticked.
To disable access for a user, uncheck the Active user box.
The user will no longer be able to connect to Winner Bizz.
