Winner Bizz users logged in as an administrator, or users with the required rights and access, can update their company information and add more shop locations, if required.
At the Homepage:
- Click the Other options icon:
- Select Companies.
Updating company information
In the Companies list:

Left-click to select the desired company and click Edit.
Note: If the user is logged in as an administrator performing the first time setup, they will see a a single entry. This is the company the user created during the initial installation of Winner Bizz.
- In the Company information window, under the Address tab, enter the required information into the relevant fields. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk *.
Note: If the user is logged in as an administrator performing the first time setup, they may skip the Default contact person and enter this information later.
- Select the Delivery address tab. If the address for receiving goods from suppliers is the same as the Company address, tick the Use values from main address box. If it is not, untick the box and enter the required information into the relevant fields. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk *.
Note: If the user is logged in as an administrator performing the first time setup, they may skip the Default contact person and enter this information later.
- Select the Settings tab. Here users can define the default currency under Currency settings, and the default payment timetable under Payment calendar.
- Still under the Settings tab, under Data availability, users can also adjust settings for catalogue access. Tick Use specific company catalogues to restrict catalogue settings to this company, for example, to use a smaller set of catalogues for sales purposes, or to set use different prices in other shops.
Note: If the user is logged in as an administrator performing the first time setup, Use specific company Winner Design settings and Stock controller server are not relevant at the moment. If changes are required for these settings contact, users should contact our local Support team.
Note: Users with only a single company can skip this step.
- Select the Logo tab. Click Load and in the Select a document window, select an image file to upload as the logo for the company, and click Open.
Note: PNG, JPEG and BMP are the supported file types. Larger files may take longer to upload.
- If the user's company has separate cloud accounts for other shops, select the Showcase 360 services tab and enter the required information into the relevant fields. If the user's company does uses the same cloud account for all shops, or does not have a cloud account, they can skip this step.
- Click Save.
Adding more shops
In the Companies list:
- Click Add new.
- In the Company information window, enter the required information under the tabs as described in Updating company information above.
- Click Save.
