In Winner Bizz, users are able to click on any contact name and, whether the contact is a customer, an employee, a supplier or a prospect, a widget will pop up displaying their contact details, such as address, telephone numbers and e-mail address.
In addition to displaying contact details, users can also:
- Open Google Maps to view the contact's location.
- Create a manual task for a colleague, for example, a request for a call-back.
- Send an e-mail to the contact.
- Create a note, for example, to record important information from a recent call.
- Open customer follow-up or open supplier follow-up.
- Click the pencil Edit icon to update the contact details.
