If the user manages their alternative database outside Winner Bizz, they can use an external Web page to handle alternative data. Users can either update alternative data in Winner Bizz, or export the Winner Bizz information to the external system.
Users can export or import alternative data at any step related to alternative. For example, go to Other > Application settings > Workflow settings > Lead/prospect tab > Print quotation (1) and click Add new. (2)
Note: If the user utilises the OpenID sign-on they can control the access by sending the access token.
In the window users can configure the Web page URL (3). This URL will allow the user to connect to a Web page. To set it, go to the transfer profile.
Users can export the alternative data by selecting Alternative (5) in the exchange file. For the export, users can also include the plan and perspective preview. Users also have the choice of the JSON export version.
Note! We strongly recommend selecting the latest version, which is selected by default.
If the user also wishes to update alternative data to Winner Bizz when closing the web page, the data is limited to the update of the external reference fields at the alternative and at the item line level.
Save the configuration and restart Winner Bizz.

Note: Copy and paste the above URL into the address bar of the user's web browser and substitute [alternativereference] for the reference number of the alternative the user wishes to demo.
