Emails - Multi-factor authentication

Dual authentication is now active for mail accounts linked to Outlook and Google.

To activate this functionality:

1. Select Other tab > Users...> Edit the user > Email settings tab > New/Edit
2. Tick Use Auth 2.0 credentials
3. Select both Test... buttons

Email  - Read acknowledgment

It is now possible to get a read acknowledgement when sending an email. To do this, when creating an email, check the box as shown in the picture below.

E-payment

We added a link inside the customer’s mail and inside the invoice (pdf document). The customer will then only have to click on the link in the mail to make the e-payment.

This link will open a web page where the customer could make his payment.

Winner Bizz version dispatch control

We have put in place a system that allows for the gradual deployment of versions while ensuring their quality.

Download available version:

If you want to be notified by email when a new version is available for download or when an error has occurred during download.

Go to Other > Application settings > Application settings... > Monitoring tab > Binpatch availability and download issues type > Edit and configure the email address to which you wish to receive alerts

Installation:

Go to Other > Application settings > Application settings... > System tab

Now, you have 3 types of installations available:

• Auto: as soon as a new version is detected, the download and installation will start automatically.
• Manual: from the moment a new version is detected, the download will start automatically but the installation will have to be done manually.
• Validated: only versions validated by a manager can be installed
  • To validate the versions the manager should go to Other > Help and Support > Installations...
    • 1 - Choose the version to be validated
    • 2 - Choose the date from which the version will be installed (once the version is validated, the new version will be downloaded the next time Winner Bizz is started)
    • 3 - The button allows to validate the planning of the installation of the future version
    • 4 - The button allows to cancel the planning of the installation of the future version
    • 5 - Here you can see the status of each machine in your company

Note: There is no longer a version download check frequency. From now on, each time Winner Bizz is started, a new version detection will be performed

E-Signature - Automatic task to inform the sales person

Added an automatic task to inform the sales person that the payment has been done related to an E-signature contract.

Export Customer list as JSON

It is now possible to create a JSON export for the customer list in the batch processing of the Workflow settings.  The export can be done with all available types.

Note: In the Web service section, when exporting, if Winner Bizz receives a customer list in return, then these will be imported and the customers will be updated/added.

EcoPart report

The format of the EcoPart report has been reviewed and adapted for the 2022 version.

It is possible to export report with the new .CSV format like bellow:

Proxy management for Winner Bizz

It is now possible to set up a proxy with Winner Bizz cloud.

Allow exporting ASCII for grouped orders

It's now possible to send grouped orders as ASCII files in addition to the already available formats (PDF and EANCOM).

Improvement of Winner Bizz

We have improved the performance/speed of Winner Bizz in several modules.
