From 1 September 2026, several European countries will implement stringent requirements concerning electronic invoicing and reporting for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
All B2B invoices issued between companies must be processed electronically via authorised platforms. Additionally, data pertaining to cross-border transactions as well as certain territorial operations must be electronically reported to the relevant tax authorities.
To comply with these regulatory requirements, Winner Bizz has implemented the automatic transmission of B2B invoices through a platform compliant with the standards defined by tax authorities.
Prerequisites
Information regarding the invoicing company must be completed prior to commencing the transmission process on the online platform.
We recommend that companies using Winner Bizz complete this information at their earliest convenience. These fields are available in version 12.0L4. |
To do so,
- Navigate to the
tab, then to Companies
- Click on Edit
- Under the Legal Information tab, you will find mandatory fields such as the VAT number and the SIREN number
- Complete these fields.
- Click on Save
Configuring E-invoicing
The option to configure e-invoicing is available from Winner Bizz version 12.0L6, which is scheduled for release shortly.
Once your company's legal information has been entered, you may initiate the integration process with the authorised platform via Winner Bizz. This step aims to establish a connection between Winner Bizz and the platform for your company, thereby enabling the automatic transmission of B2B invoices.
- Access the menu Invoicing > Invoicing Settings
- Under the E-invoicing tab, select the checkbox to Enable e-invoicing, then click on Connect to the Peppol platform
You will have three options for sending B2B invoices:
- Automatic upon invoice printing: This mode sends invoices automatically to the platform at the time of printing. No additional user action is required.
- Automatic after ... days: This mode will send invoices automatically after a specified number of days. No further user action is necessary; the transmission occurs automatically once the set period has elapsed.
- Manual: This mode does not send invoices automatically to the platform; the user must manually transmit invoices via Winner Bizz. (See section: Manual Sending).
Platform Activation (Onboarding)
Clients located in France must provide a power of attorney authorising Winner Bizz to manage their invoices and to define routing for the receipt of supplier invoices.
To activate your company’s mandate on the Peppol platform:
- In the Company Activation section, select the company to activate from the dropdown list
- Click on Add...
- Complete the required information.
The SIREN code is mandatory, but depending on the client, additional codes such as SIRET, suffix, or routing code may be added. - Tick the Default Mandate box if you wish this mandate to be used for sending and receiving invoices for the selected company. If there are no multiple mandates created for the same company, it will be selected by default.
- Click on Save
- The mandate is successfully saved if this confirmation message appears
- Select the newly created mandate and click on the Onboard URL button
This button redirects you to the authorized platform's page to confirm the mandate. This is a mandatory step to verify your identity and accept the general terms and conditions.
Please note: once the information has been saved, it will no longer be possible to modify it under the same mandate. Should you wish to amend the details, a new mandate must be added for the same company.
