Introduction
This feature allows the monitoring, thanks to an email alert, of different processes such as:
Set up the functionality
To configure it, open in the Application settings in the tab Monitoring.
- Configuration of the email account that will send the different alerts.
- List of available processes and their status.
- Configuration of the activation or deactivation of the alert and choice of the e-mail address of the recipient.
Note: it is possible to configure several email addresses for receiving alerts, just separate them with a semi-colon in the Send to field.
Types of alert
Two types of email can be send, information or warning.
Replication
Users will receive a warning email when there is a replication issue.

Connection with master database cannot be established. No data synchronisation available.
Server Job
Users will receive an informative email when the server job starts and ends.

Server job ended.
External communication
You will receive a warning email if there is an issue in the import or export of a document.

- Type: <Description of the external communication and related action>
- When: < Unit of time (e.g. daily, weekly, sales contract sent, etcetera)>
- Data content: <Type of data transferred>

Database backup
You will receive a warning email when there is a backup issue.

Catalogues
Depending on what users have checked in the category Catalogue download of the System tab of Application settings several actions can be performed.
If download and install options are checked
You will receive a warning email when there is a download or install issue.

Server: <Server Name> Catalogues installing is complete.
Installation ended in error <Error name>.
If only Download production catalogue automatically is checked
As soon as the download is complete, an informative email will be sent to notify you that the catalogues can be installed. To install them go to the Sales tab of Winner Bizz and select Install catalogues in production.
