In Winner Bizz, this function is used to export business reports from Winner Bizz to third party applications.
Note: This function works best if it is accessed using a Winner Bizz primary server installation.
To configure a rule to export business reports in the different available formats, users must define which file should be exported from Winner Bizz.
- Go to Global settings > Workflow settings to open the Workflow settings window.
From the Batch processing section users can create, edit or delete steps used to communicate with third-party applications. - Click New to create a new communication rule.
- In the Communication rule window, choose which report should be exported from Winner Bizz, as well as when, and where to.
1: Name: Name the new step.
2: Type (Step configuration): Select the type of export; Email, FTP or transfer file to local folder.
3: Type (Content): Select the action type Export for accounting system.
4: When: Select when the report will be exported; Daily, Weekly, Twice a month, Monthly or By server job.
5: Exchange file: Select the file the user wishes to export:
- Customer payments
- Customer invoices
- Supplier invoices
6: Company: Select companies concerned by the export.
7: File name: The format of the export will be automatically filled in depending on the selected report export type. Users can add dynamic parameters with the + icon.
Users can find:
- Company
- Date
- Date and time
- Name of computer
- User logged on
8: Sage version: Select the Sage version for the export.
9: Options for export:
- Export all not exported until now
- Export by period (with the choice of the period)
10: Transfer profile: Enter the transfer profile for the report export. You can create your own by clicking the More options icon.
- When the communication rule is defined, click on Save to register the new rule.
