Reports improvement

A real gain of time:

To shorten the loading time of reports, data is not loaded automatically anymore. This way, users can now set filters before loading a report!

A new report:

Global quotation summary per customer / alternative

New filters & columns

• Sales status filter was added in Sales per item / alternative and Sales per supplier / model reports.
• A Description column was added to Hit list – Item report.
• Invoice date filter was added to Mailing to customer report.
• A filter on Delivery date was added to Inventory list report.
• Main model and Main supplier columns were added to Sales per salesperson / quotation, Sales per customer / quotation, Sales per salesperson lost project and Discount overview reports.
• Payment and Payment % columns were added to Sales per salesperson / quotation and Sales per customer / quotation reports.
• A column Solve date was added to Overview per salesperson report.
• Requested delivery and Delivery date columns were added to reports with alternative reference.
• A filter on Delivery date was added to Sales per salesperson / quotation and Sales per customer / quotation reports.
• Salesperson column was added to Sales per customer / quotation report.
• A column Alternative name (Project name) was added to reports with alternative references.
• Columns Alternative status, Installation, Invoice, Payment and Delivery and filter on Delivery date were added to Global quotation summary per salesperson / alternative report.
• A column and a filter Cause were added to the report After-sales overview per salesperson.

Migration 11.5 to 12.0 local

Users can now start migrating from 11.5 to 12.0 local,  for environments without any replication.

NOTE! Do not migrate replicated environment at this point in time. Contact Compusoft for more information of when it will be available for customers.

To proceed to migration from WB v11.5 to WB v12.0 (local), users must use Winner Bizz v11.5a9 at least.

Activation in CS Office: Customers > Download > WB Major Update

• If the automatic download has been activated in the user's settings, it will start automatically in WB. Users can also launch the process manually.
• SQL Server 2017 (if it is not installed yet) and Winner Design 12.0 will be automatically downloaded. It will be directly launched by restarting WB.
• Then, the installation of SQL Server 2017, Winner Design 12.0 and Winner Bizz 12.0 will start. It can take a few hours for large databases.
• For customer computers, laptops or slave servers, the download and installation will be launched by restarting WB.
