GDPR

We have added the possibility of anonymising customers data (with reference to the GDPR law).

Users can do it in the:

• Communication > Address book > Customers tab.
• Sales > Customers > Edit.

Rules to anonymise a customer:

• The user has the rights to edit customers
• The address is linked to one and only one customer
• The customer has no active or pending projects

BI connector - pilot phase

Users can now retrieve data from Winner Bizz in order to connect data viewer tool, for example, Power BI, QlikView, Tableau.

The BI connector supports the OData standard.

Each database owner will be able to share his data with another one. For instance, it allows a shop to share its data with the franchise.

New report - Incoming payments

A new report has been added in standard set, showing the incoming payments.

Third Party Integration - Supplier order - via Web page or Web service

Now, users can complete a supplier order using a web page or a web service.

Third Party Integration – Sign-On with OpenID

Users can now connect to Winner Bizz via different access management systems:

Winner Bizz supports sign-on with OpenID external identity service.

Merge database

Users can now merge two different Cloud databases to one.

Support SFTP and FTPS

It is now possible to export files to SFTP and FTPS servers from Worfkflow settings.

To activate the functionality:

Other > Workflow settings > Add new > Transfer file FTP > Transfer profile > Transfer profile edit > Add new > Select the FTP encryption method

Please ensure that the necessary ports are open in order to guarantee the proper functioning of the service.
