Better management of the reserve amount - Building project function

1. Edit the reserve condition
   
2. Display of the rate of condition
3. Total Reserved amount if you apply total quantity of available design
4. Available quantity of design to invoice

5. Edit the quantity of design you want to invoice

6. Reserved amount related to the reserved % (if the user puts quantity invoice to the maximum available, the sum of reserved amounts will be equal to the total reserved amount (3))

7. Apply directly the reserve condition the user configurated

 

Export of the analytical part - Cost accounting

Once the module Accountancy export is activated, users can now add specific code for cost accounting at the company or customer or alternative level.

 

 

The accounting data will be exported in the accountancy export file for customer invoices.

 

 

Export of customer invoices - VAT types

3 VAT types for your alternatives:

In properties of your alternative, users have the choice between 3 VAT types:

• Local: by default,
• Export
• Intra-EU: new type

After choosing one of them, it will be recorded in the alternative history.

Users can find Booking codes and Item group booking codes associated with each of these types in Financial Settings module.

This feature will affect the export of customer invoices.

When exporting customer invoices, Winner Bizz fetches the VAT type from the alternative history and apply the associated booking code.

 

 

Block functionalities when amendment is not printed

To avoid the final cost on the invoice being different from that of the contract, tick the box block the creation of an invoice in Sales settings if an amendment is in progress and is not printed.

If the option is enabled, as long as the amendment is not printed, the creation of these process will be blocked by the system:

• Final building project
• Order supplier
• Reorder supplier
• Invoice

 

 

Display the VAT used for each item group of VAT profile

The Item group VAT can be found in two places: 

• Project list > Alternative properties > VAT profile list > Item group VAT.
  
  
• Application settings > VAT > Item group VAT.
  
  

 

Review quotation summary - Work calculation module presentation in quotation summary

From now, transport and installation prices are shown in extra costs lines instead of item grouping lines.

 

Adaptation for US market

The measurement system has been revised and Non-Metric units of measurement have been added.

It is now possible to make alternatives with:

• Millimetres
• Decimal inches
• Fractional inches

In Winner Bizz

Application Settings

The change of measurement system in Winner Bizz is done from the Settings tab.

 

Storage management module

• If the user creates a new item, the user can select the measure notation in the Attributes tab.
• For an existing item, the conversion will be done automatically according to the system chosen in the settings of the application.

 

In Winner Design

Users can choose the input and output measurement system for:

• Parameters of an item.
• Dimensions on the plan view.

The measurement system used will initially depend on the main catalogue used.

 

Touch Reality

If the Touch reality module is active, users can import a .TRW file as a new project into Winner Bizz.

 

 

To do this, go to the project module and select Additional functions > Import > TouchReality file (.TRW) as new project.

Choose the file and wait the end of the conversion in .EGI.

The project will open with Winner Design and a new project will be created in Winner Bizz.

 

Payment list filter

The alternative code is added to the filter in the payments list.

 

Manage elevated user rights for Winner Design

In Winner Bizz Support Tool, there is a new Set elevated user option that requests:

• user
• password
• domain

This account is then used to start the Winner Bizz or Winner Design updates.

 

 

Optimisation

We worked on optimising the time taken by each of the tasks users perform every day.

We have focused on building project copy, printing contracts and opening alternatives.

A global improvement has also been set up.
